Manufacturing Expertise
- Paste Extrusion- In-house lines for continuous tubing from 0.3 mm to 25 mm bore.
- Compounding- Glass, carbon, graphite, bronze and custom-filled PTFE.
- Precision Machining- CNC turning and milling of PTFE and filled grades to drawing.
- Sintering & Finishing- Controlled sintering profiles and post-process inspection.

- Enquiry- Drawing, spec or description. We reply within one working day.
Step 2
- Material & Tolerance- We recommend the right grade, wall and filler for the application.
Step 3
- Manufacture- Extruded, machined and sintered on our own lines under batch control.
Step 4
- Inspection & Dispatch- Dimensional and visual QC, then export-ready packing.
